• Step #1:

  • Choose and describe the hazard.

  • Describe hazard control/elimination.

  • Add comments and photos.

  • Add additional steps if needed.

  • Click "Save and Next" to proceed to signatures.

  • Enter step description.

• Click continue below when ready.
